The PODxt Live is the first multi-effect processor that deserves the name "professional". That's because you don't have to explain to the inventors what such a thing should look like.
Included in the PODxt Live package is the PODxt 2.0 software and the "F/X Junkie" Model Pack. This means you have control over 84 effects, including synths, filters, delays, chorus, compressors, overdrive and distortion. Other parts include 36 amp-models, 24 speaker models and 4 microphone models, all borrowed from the Vetta technology of Line 6. The pedal has a semiparametric EQ in "post"-position, a model based on the most wanted studio compressor and 128 programmable memories.

The PODxt Live is Line 6 Edit-compatible and forms the ideal connection with the online-world of customtone.com . This means you have the ability to use a graphical editor, a "Tone Locker" to archive and use your sounds, plus an online sound library. The PODxt can communicate with GuitarPort.com ... the ideal online-experience to jam en study loops based on hundreds of songs and lessons.
You can expand your PODxt Live by using "Model Packs". The "Metal Shop" and "Collector Classics" are ready to deliver and add 36 brutal highgain- and boutique-amps (as well as some rare vintage tops) to your collection.
